1, hot aggregate discharge outlet dust pollution prevention and control
At the bottom of the discharge outlet of the mixing tank and finished products storage tank, increased the suction device and large volume suction duct directly through the bag filter. When excess hot aggregate emptying in the hot aggregate storage tank as long as the suction duct been connected to the bag filter with the help of the switching valve, making sure there is negative pressure in the discharging area (maximum air volume can up to 25m3 / sec), the exhaust generated aggregate dust will enter the bag filter through the pipe, cleaning efficiency ≥95%.
Asphalt gas pollution prevention
2, in the normal production of the plant, asphalt fumes flowing is most severe when finished mixing mixture loading.
Both sides of the channel needed for feeding trolley loading of this set of environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant will be closed, closed length is enough for feeding trolley shifting loading ; each side equipped with a fast lifting gate, which can sense the vehicle access, automatic opening and closing , convenient for feeding trolley in and out.
Top of the channel is tapered, the highest position and taper top of the finished product silo is connected; flue gas collection pipes installed at the upper end of the cone, when loading asphalt fumes will be float upward, can be collected by the limited amount of air volume. It can effectively eliminate the problems of the flue gas flowing when discharging.
